IMDb Completely Blank for Mac User
For the past several days, I cannot open IMDb. I can access this forum, obviously, but any page on IMDb itself appears completely blank on both my Mac and iPhone, regardless of the browser I use. If I refresh the page, occasionally a message appears that says, "Max challenge attempts exceeded. Please refresh to try again!" If I refresh, however, the white blank page appears again. Would love to get this issue solved, I can't be the only one experiencing it.

I have EXACTLY the same problem -- identically. For the past several days, I've tried opening IMDb.com in multiple browsers on my PC laptop, Android tablet, iPad... Nothing works. Deleted cookies, used VPNs, no luck. All I get is a white / blank screen and occasionally the "Max challenge attempts..." message, same as you. I thought that I was the only one. How do we fix this? (On a side note, I downloaded the IMDb Pro app, and that DID work...)

Please can you confirm if either of you are still facing this issue? If so, we will need to know the IP address from which you are accessing IMDb and an example specific time you have accessed, along with browser version number and operating system. Please also confirm that you have not been running any browser plug-ins or other browser modifications which might try and copy multiple pages of IMDb data simultaneously?
The reason for asking is that the message you are seeing is from the system which we use to detect and block high-volume robot activity (which could be firing incorrectly in your cases, of course).
Please do not post your IP address here -- just reply and let us know if the issue has not been resolved and we will provide instructions as how to securely supply the information which we need.
