Follow celebrities

Hi!
I want there to be some system through which we can add celebrities into our favourite celebrities list, bookmark them or follow them on imdb. I can't remember all the celebrities in the world. So if I want to watch specific celebrity content on specific occasion, I wouldn't know what to watch. If I have a specific celebrity in my list then I would be able to easily access his/her content.
