Can't login to old account

Hi. I believe I used facebook to create my account. I was trying to login to add a new credit to my profile, but realized facebook is no longer supported. I assumed I also had my email associated with the account, but that wasn't the case, as the login failed and I ended up just creating a second account.... How can I gain access to my profile again, and connect it to my newly created, email associated, account? Thanks in advance!
