Facebook login doesn't work and I have no email address attached to account

Hi, I can't log in to my account. I think it was via Facebook because I have tried logging in with my email addresses and none exist in IMDb's database. I do have access to my account on my phone but I can only see my User ID, no other info is available on the app. How do I attach an email to my account or recover access in the browser? Thanks
