Unable to Login

I don't have access to my old email and not sure of the password. I always used Facebook login but that's no longer an option. Obviously I can create a new account but it'd mean a lot to me to have my regular one being that there are so many reviews and ratings I have logged on there. I can answer questions or send an ID form if necessary. Any ideas?
