IMDB to IMDB PRO

I have an account that was from India but now I am living in the US. So when I try to claim a IMDBPRO benefit, it says my country doesn't allow any benefits at this time so I think the account thinks I am still in India. I am not even able to update my payment info. Any help on this would be appreciated it.
