Why has the keyword "lesbian-kiss" been replaced by "female-female-kiss"?

Is there a good and valid explanation behind this change or is this just someone's personal whim? Seems to me that too many IMDb keywords are being arbitrarily replaced even though the original keyword is not problematic.

Btw, the keyword "gay-kiss" has not been permanently replaced by "male-male-kiss". Just saying.
