You can't go by the date OF the obituary, but by the date IN the obituary.

And yet the IMDb will need actual factual information. You know this. Not sure what your point is. Anyway, the correct date is now listed. I understand why May 3 was listed because that was the date the information became available.

@Adrian​ Of course I know that.  That's why I cited all those other sources in addition to Wikipedia.  The original source that I cited was The New York Times!
