Why does the system automatically add languages to pictures?

Hello.

I added a new title today and then a poster picture today.

When adding the picture I added Language "Norwegian" and Country "Norway",

Why has the system then automatically added "Swedish" to languages on the picture?

This is not the first time this has happened, I have seen lot of pictures with Norwegian text and for some reason "German" has been added to the picture description etc. 

So I am asking if there is a system fault here, (not for help to remove the wrong language.)
