Why are these contributions rejected constantly?

On February 4th I tried to add 3 dates for the same festival but in different years (editions).One date was accepted while the other ones were rejected with reason "Duplicate. Your contribution has been declined. The item you have submitted is exactly the same as a submission that you or another user have already entered, which is still pending review by our staff."

It was suspicious because dates were different but there was a small chance that indeed some other user tried to do the same. Not likely but fine.

Therefore I tried 3 more times to add the date - on 5th, 6th and 9th. Every time the same result - duplication. I don't really believe that 5 days later there is still a pending review made by someone else Could be explain that?
