Voice Actor credits correctly submitted blocked on just one profile. Please fix whatever is blocking submissions correctly made.
A few years ago all of my Audio Description Voice Actor credits were removed. Since then when I've tried to add my credits following your own guidelines under Voice Actor Dubbing in your new credit categories - "2 e. Audio Description Voice Actor (use Additional Crew)" - they are rejected as "unable to verify". However, when I add the exact same credit in the same manner for other audio description voice actor colleagues, they are approved immediately. Here are examples of identical manner of submissions on the same day where mine are rejected #260425-115731-513000 and the others are approved #260425-121939-627000 Another example - mine rejected #260425-120017-707000, other approved #260425-121053-730000.
I've reached out to find out why and no one will address why my credits are treated differently than those of my colleagues.
I learned that about 3 years ago someone linked my page here saying my credits should be removed because IMDB doesn't allow audio description voice actor credits. That's when they disappeared and since that day it appears there's a block or flag or possibly a technical issue preventing my AD credits from being added.
I've followed the submission guidelines for Audio Description Voice Actor credits - placing them in Additional Crew as indicated (screenshot below) yet they continue to be rejected. I've been told to upload screenshots but since the vast majority of AD credits are audio only - just like podcasts - screenshots are non-existent. And again, only my credits are rejected as "unable to verify" while everyone else's are approved without screenshots. In the past I've provided links to the audio credits yet they're still rejected.
In addition, IMDB guidelines under "Evidence for Credit Removals" (screenshot below) say "Deletion requests rejected as Unable to verify, mean our data editors believe the information is factual and as such shouldn't be removed."
According to this update my credits should not have been removed and they shouldn't continue to be blocked now as this goes against IMDB's own guidelines stating credits rejected as unable to verify shouldn't be removed. So why is my profile being treated differently from all others?
I'm hoping someone can look into my profile and see if there is a technical issue, a flag or a block and fix whatever is preventing AD credits from being added to my page, restore the credits that were removed and allow me to add my credits going forward in the same manner as that all of my other AD performer colleagues.

Hi MEx,
Thank you for your problem report.
I can see that your recent contributions have indeed been processed incorrectly, and as a result I have raised this with the appropriate team for review. These processing errors should no longer occur, but please do let us know if you encounter any further issues. I therefore recommend you proceed to re-submit any credits that were declined recently, and you should see these contributions approved going forward.
I hope this helps!

@Maya
FYI, I guess this post is about the same credits as this earlier post which was pending review.

I would have thought that audio description credits were only eligible if credited on screen in the regular credits of the original version, as per your credit eligibility guidelines. Those guidelines don't mention audio description, but do mention "captioning etc."
This is also what was said here.

If that is not an accurate understanding, perhaps the guidelines could be updated.
