Uncredited Story Writer Credit Request - Ticket #260909-121441-299000 and #260910-182625-006000

Hello,

I am an IMDbPro member. For the past 5 days, I have been trying to add an uncredited Story Writer credit for my work on Season 3 of a major television series. After submitting multiple update requests over these 5 days, I created support tickets under references #260909-121441-299000 and #260910-182625-006000.

On-screen, the writing team is credited collectively under a group name. Because my individual name does not appear in the end credits, I provided official internal work documentation, script delivery logs, workflow records, as well as my official government ID for identity verification via Google Drive in my support tickets.

Unfortunately, standard email support keeps sending automated template responses asking for on-screen credit screenshots, ignoring the fact that this is an uncredited submission supported by official internal records.

Could a Senior Data Manager please manually review tickets #260909-121441-299000 and #260910-182625-006000, and verify my uncredited submission?

Thank you,

Enes Oktekin

@Fran According to the responses in this thread: https://community-imdb.sprinklr.com/conversations/data-issues-policy-discussions/how-to-credit-a-writers-collective/5ffcda20fa2b7165ca6c7173

He doesn't need to actually add uncredited attribute to these credits. He can just add them with (as collective name) attribute since it's not actually uncredited, it's just credit under a collective name. Can you confirm this and if so, I think OP could benefit from removing these uncredited attributes.
