Unable to verify

I'm trying to correct an error and I have some numbered questions about this.

Submission #211022-185524-497000

was declined with "Unable to verify."

 

NOVA episode "High-Risk High-Rise" with current episode number 48.12 ("Nova" (1974) {High-Risk High-Rise (#48.12)})

has not been broadcast, but it has a release date of September 8, 2021.

My submission had this in the explanation section including the URL:

1. First question is why was that not enough?

It's possible that it was not enough because I had not proved that it had not been broadcast on September 8, 2021.

2. Second question is how do you prove that something was _not_ broadcast?

I don't think I have absolute proof that it wasn't, but I will show what I have (I watched NOVA on September 8, 2021 and it was a repeat of episode 44.26, "Extreme Animal Weapons").

a) One fact is that episode 48.12 doesn't have any ratings even though episode 48.17 (just broadcast on October 20, 2021) already has 10 ratings.
