Unable to remove falsely credited executive producer
I have just had my request to remove a rogue credit (as executive producer) declined asking for more information (I am an associate producer). It makes me wonder how the individual evidenced his credit to IMDb, but that's another issue.
Another member of IMDb who supervises the post-production work, has also failed to get the rogue credit removed (I can obtain the number of his request, if that helps).
I also sat next to the film's producer as he tried to submit a deletion request, but he is unable to submit with the problem set out here: Submitting isn't working | IMDb Community Forums (sprinklr.com)
What and whose evidence is needed to remove this rogue credit?

Dzseti: Can you post a clip of the credits to the film somewhere, showing who is and who is not credited as a producer, and provide the link to that clip?
In fact, if someone else is credited as executive producer and the rogue individual is not, you could probably prove the false credit just by posting a screen capture showing the film's executive producer credits.
