Trying to change an in production project
Currently called Batman Halloween Knight we want to drop Batman and have the title be just HALLOWEEN KNIGHT it won't let me change it, unless maybe I'm on the wrong submission page? Thanks

Hi, rw_martin. As you may already know, under normal circumstances, you can acquire a submission reference number for an unsubmitted form by using the "Save for Later" feature in cases where something in the interface is preventing the form from being submitted for approval.
