These Words Really Have Stopped Working With Trivia Pieces

I'm aware of how there are trivia pieces that won't go up based on certain stuff being said or used in them, but it shouldn't be the case with ones that say "under the same format and continuity". I witnessed this myself this week, and had to rephrase what was being said slightly because of it.
