Submission process hangs when I add "British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC)" as a production company for a title
I'm trying to add British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) as a production company for title "Neil Brand's Sound of TV" (2020) tt13612496, but when I press the "Check these updates" button, prior to submitting, my browser hangs indefinitely. I've tried on several occasions over the past few days, using both Firefox and Google Chrome. All other company additions for this title work fine.
At first I thought that the attribute "(for) (as BBC)" was causing problems, but I get the same symptom if I leave the attribute field blank.
Here is a screen capture of the relevant page in the credits: I want three production companies Brook Lapping (attribute blank, credit order 1), Zinc Media (attribute blank, credit order 2) and British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) (attribute "(for) (as BBC)", credit order 3)

Can you confirm if you were trying to add the company credit to the main series title page?
If so, the credit should instead be submitted to the individual episode title pages, please try submitting the company credit to the episode title pages. If you encounter the same issue let us know and our staff can take a look.

Yes, I would assume that the production companies are added to the series page, preferably when the parent page is created (and before the episodes are added).

Just circling back to this older thread.
Concerning the company loading problem, this on-going issue is being investigated by our technical team and any status updates will be mentioned on this community thread.
Regarding my initial reply, the information provided can be disregarded as we do allow production company information to be listed on both the parent series title page and the subsequent episode title pages.
