Review still pending 5 days past stated processing date

​Hi there.​

​I posted a review of Rings of Power on 2nd September. You wrote to me saying that it would be processed by 3rd September. The review is still "pending" and no new processing date has been given. ​

​Could you let me know why the review I took trouble to write and post is being ignored? This does not feel very community-spirited and defeats the object of inviting user reviews. ​
