Request for two languages merged with request for one langauge

My problem Add Nyankole and Luganda languages for Tembele, an Oscar submission was merged Language addition urgently needed, which is only about Luganda. My problem was about not just Luganda but Nyankole as well. The merger doesn't make sense.
