Not an expert on posters, but it’s always possible that IMDb wants to keep the ”old” posters, even if the new one is selected as a primary poster.

Hi livvono- I have reviewed the trailer and the change for a new thumbnail has been updated. Now, if you will like to suggest a different thumbnail from this one, you are welcome to post the timestamp of the frame within this trailer here and our editors will take a look.  As for the deletions of the posters and as eboy mentioned, we will keep the older versions of the posters. However, since both of the older ones are the same, one of them has now been removed but the other one will have to remain.  Let us know if you have any further questions/issues! Cheers!
