Optional extra information for each keyword

I'd like to see an option to add extra information to a keyword, as it applies to a particular title.

For each keyword on a title we'd see the following checklist. We'd check the item that applies.

__ (1) person, thing or visible quality (such as nudity)
__ (2) person, thing or visible quality (off-screen only)
__ (3) place, or setting
__ (4) place (off-screen only)
__ (5) action
__ (6) action (off-screen only)
__ (7) concept or theme
__ (8) category (applies to the title itself, i.e. monster-movie, black-comedy)
__ (9) technique (generally applies to types of camera shots, special effects, etc.)

The keyword nudity would be checked (1) on BASIC INSTINCT (1990), but (2) on THE INVISIBLE WOMAN (1940) and IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE (1946).

The keyword strawberry would be checked (1) on a movie where a strawberry or strawberries are visible, but (2) on THE CAINE MUTINY (1954), where the all-important strawberries are never seen.

Decapitation would be (5) on THE OMEN (1976), where we see it happen, but (6) on THE TWO MOUSEKETEERS (1952), where it takes place off screen.

Japan would be (3) on YOU ONLY LIVE TWICE (1967), where it is the main setting, but (4) on a talking-head YouTube video where the country is a significant part of the conversation.

Monster-movie would be (8) on KING KONG (1933), but (1) on a documentary about monster movies.

Tracking-shot would be (9) on THE SHINING (1980), where it is a technique used within the movie. It would be (5) on DAY FOR NIGHT (1973), where we see a tracking shot take place. It would be (6), or possibly (7), on an audio-only podcast about movie-making that discusses tracking shots.
