To clarify, as long as User Review comments follow our content guidelines, we will not remove them.  If you find that your compliant User Reviews are being targeted/reported and incorrectly removed, let us know and our staff will be happy to investigate further.

yes for sure my reviews are being targeted and always incorrectly removed you can check my posts always i have asked who has declined or deleted my review should be investigated and held responsible but you guys never take any action

Apologies for the delayed reply and an updated information on this issue. We are working through a backlog of threads. 

From the latest submissions attached most of them were already approved except for the following 4: 230415-121412-437204, 230401-090836-509304, 221026-132724-929704 and 221022-075424-212304. I can confirm that these 4 reviews do not have a violating context within them. 

I encourage you to resubmit these User reviews again and you are welcome to promptly post the new18-digit submission reference numbers below so that our staff can catch them while they are still pending.
