My poster image keeps getting removed

I have a new title here: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt34001098/?ref_=fn_al_tt_2 and the poster gets removed everyday. I uploaded a new one yesterday and then I had a duplicate. Back to no poster image now. Curious what the issue might be.
