My contributions keep getting declined for no reason

My goof contributions have been rejected many times, while they're correct. Could you please check following contributions? Thanks. - #250313-232349-699000 (and previously #250311-101734-706000 and #250312-233457-583000, they're the same): these are for turning a goof into an "incorrectly regarded as", plus adding the "SPOILER" alert. - #250314-001918-782000 (and previously #250313-004226-853000 and #250313-232123-595000, just the same): these are for removing a perfectly duplicated goof. - #250314-003642-495000: this is to remove a duplicated goof (but the goof edit" part has been approved) I don't see why they aren't being accepted.
