Khotyn (2016) English version narrator

In #240722-140634-077000 narrator for the US version of Khotyn (2016) was rehected with "Does not meet contribution guidelines".

He does meet contribution guidelienes per guidelines for voice roles since it's the first and only English version of this role. However, I've noticed that guidelines mention Narrator and English versions separately and does not specify whether the later applies only to animated titles or documentaries are also eligible (and if so how that should be reflected in the submission).

I would greatly appreciate some clarity on what to do in that situation.
