Incorrect certificate shown on title page

The French movie Small Change (1976) - IMDb shows an out-of-date MPA certificate on the title page.  The Parental Guide page shows both the original certificate of "R", which was overturned, and the new certificate, "PG", which is current according to Filmratings.com.  The title page shows "R".

The online editing form doesn't have an obvious way to prioritize these multiple certificates for the title page.  Is there a simple way for contributors to do this, or does it need to be done by staff?

N.B.  I know there was a previous post about this topic a year or several ago, but I can't seem to find it now.

Removing or reducing the attribute of the current rating may allow it to be featured as primary, as suggested here recently:

Thanks, @Peter_pbn .  I have removed the attribute (certificate number), and hopefully the change will show up soon.

Well, that didn't work.
