In IMDB a film i found has a number with 8 figures ?

Thanks for the answer.

I was under the impression that a film-code consisted of 7 figures - thats why I made the question.

The reason is, that I have a little program (not made by me) where you enter a 7-digit number to find a film, and now my film-number was 8-digits, so obviously my program needs to be changed.

I assume that my program adds "tt" in front of the digits, thats why I only mentioned the digits.

Of course, the number of films continuosly increases, so my program, did not take that into account,.

Any title added after Mon Apr 22 2019  will have 8-digits

so your Program needs fixin 😃

Be way much more later for 9-digits
