How to report thousands of fake reviews?

This title currently has 63,155 ratings of which 60,050 are 10 stars.

These are not legitimate ratings at all, here's a post with comments of a bunch of people bragging about leaving fake 10-star reviews on it:

How is this monitored or dealt with? It's this kind of thing that completely undermines the whole point of movies having a weighted score.
