Lauren: To be precise, it makes a big difference whether the credit is something that you don't want as opposed to a credit that is incorrect. A credit can be removed if it is incorrect, but not if it is true and you just don't want to claim it anymore.
Also, if the credit belongs to someone else with the same as you, it should be corrected to change the name to have a different roman numeral after the person's name.

How do you remove a credit if I did extra work, I was young and stupid & was excited than, & added the credits but now I am trying to remove the credits because 1) I have no lines 2) I was cut out and 3) it was extra work and it being on my IMDB could potemtial effect me. So now that I want to remove it IMDB will NOT remove. They state I have to follow guidelines after explaining to them to kindly remove the credits. What do I need to do to remove those credits in this big encyclopedia. They keep denying me and it frustrating
