How to download my IMDb update history ?

I wish to obtain my full IMDB update history.
This is for a data analysis project, mainly for Japanese movie,

to which I have assiduously contributed for over 2 decades.

How to make this happen ?

You can take a look at your Contribution History page for you to get your submissions.

@Fran The link in your response above is broken. A user can find their Contribution History at https://contribute.imdb.com/updates/history/ . Of course, if you have more than 50 submissions, you will have to click "next" to see each previous 50 submissions.

Also, a person can delete submissions from their history, but that only makes the submission invisible to themself; it doesn't affect IMDb's records of their contributions.
