How Does One Add In Pages For People On IMDB

I'm looking to do so for some of the names found in soundtracks which are without qv links due to not having an IMDB page. Take Peter Dodds McCormick for instance: https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=imdb+soundtrack+Peter+Dodds+McCormick

You can add a name page while adding a regular credit, so not if the person only has soundtrack credits.

In terms of those soundtracks I would've contributed to, what regular credit could they have possibly had over the years? Like say Peter Dodds McCormick for instance, who seems to be the creator of Australia's National Anthem.

A IMDb name page will be needed in order to link a credit to a Soundtrack contribution, if the person does not have a valid IMDb page, the credit can not be linked.
