How do I change the primay image for a listing?

In order suggest a new primary image for a title, you are welcome to do it through the online Update form within the Gallery of the title. You can click on the icon of the "pencil" on the images that are within the "Poster" section. You can also re-upload new images, making sure to tag them as "poster" in order to make the changes.

The title is an episode, so the rule that the primary image should be 'poster' type does not apply. As mentioned in the help page, still images are preferred:

For Episodes - Still frame of acceptable quality which best represents the episode's plot or key characters in that episode.
