Hawaii TV Commercial - Credits Keep Rejecting

I've worked on loads of TV commercials over the last 20+ years. Finally happy to post these spots to IMDb. Overall the site is happy to accept stills and actor credits. However, I'm not getting any approval for my work as the creator (Producer/Director/Editor/Writer). I've tried sharing original scripts and shoot schedules in PDF format. They have my name in them.

I tried sending links from my Production company's Vimeo site (Kernel). Within the video the description includes my titles and names. They keep getting rejected. What's it going to take??? Do I need to create a rolling screen credits at the end of the commercial on Vimeo?

I think it will help IMDb if you add the reference numbers to the rejected contributions in the comment here:

For data issues, please include the 18-digit submission reference number(s) which can be found in your Contribution History for most data contributions and/or in Your Contribution History (beta) for Images and User Reviews

Okay. I did have one credit (Producer) get approved using the Vimeo citation I mentioned above. Do you think it'll help if I show how that other credit was awarded (including that reference number)?

Oh! You mean you'd like to see the reason it was declined. Here go:
ReasonUnable to verify.

Your contribution has been declined.We have been unable to verify your contribution.

Unfortunately, we were unable to accept your submission as we were unable to verify the information provided.

Yet previously (that Producer credit) it was accepted.

@gary0509 No I mean IMDb needs the 18-digit submission reference number of the contribution that was declined so they can look at it when an IMDb employee sees this thread.

You can safely copy the number her, it's only the IMDb employees that can find info from that number.

Also I assume you added the links with the proof to the contribution that was declined?

By checking the "Provide an explanation to assist in processing this submission" box and added the evidence there?
