Golden Globes not in awards previews on actors main page

Hello, I've noticed this question here many times but without any answer. The golden globe nominations/awards are not in bold anymore in the awards section under the description as it is now when the actor is nominated for example for the Oscar, Emmy etc.. If an actor has been nominated for or won a Golden Globe, their main page has always been highlighted with this informaton and when you clicked on awards list, Golden Globes were always displayed second in row under the Academy awards. Will this be evere back? I know that this change was made after the Golden Globes controversy, but I think they made all the changes and based on the attendance this year, all seems like it used to be. Thank you for reply.

Hello,

I just noticed that the Golden Globes don't show in the awards' preview (for actors or movies that didn't get Oscar nominations) and if a show got Golden Globes wins, the Emmy Awards will be highlighted instead.

Has that anything to do with the recent polemics?

Should we consider the Golden Globes 'awarda non grata' by now?

Just curious.

Why are the golden globe nominations/awards not in bold anymore in the awards section under the description as it used to be like the Oscars?

Hi Ahmed_M_Hazem-

There are several sections for these awards but I'm not sure which part you referred to. I can see that they are bold here Golden Globes main page, awards/nominations page or in the Awards Central main page. They are showing just like the Oscars pages: main page and/or awards/nominations page.

If the ones above are not the ones you referred to, you can let us know so we can investigate further.

Cheers!

Thanks Maya and Peter for your replies.

I meant exactly what Peter shared, but for my surprise, the older post is 2 years old, this did not happen with me until very recently, although I check the site at least twice a week.

Thanks again.

@jakub_7542677  Thanks for the question.  I am not sure why this has not been answered before (related threads now merged here) but just to confirm that this is the expected behaviour, at least for now.

We took the opportunity as part of the on-going technology migration to review which awards qualified to be featured and to reduce that set.  Once the migration is complete, the long-term plan is to make the featured awards selection be more automated and locally relevant to the names / titles / customer location.

Hope this helps.

@Col_Needham Thank you for your quick answer. Only to be sure if I got it right...So it will be back soon?

@jakub_7542677 No, sorry.  We do not give timelines on future enhancements, but “soon” is definitely not compatible with “long term-plan”  :-)

And is there any specific reason for that? The Globes are still considered as the second most prestigious awards. It is quite strange that you can see for example Bafta (even when it is "just" Bafta games awards) highlited and not the Golden Globes. Thank you.
