Credits will Not Update, even with Evidence Upload

Hello! These do not seem to be the case, they are still declined and the pages don't reflect the change.

The attributes are already updated and approved on the page. You can not remove the credited name from the credits, we will keep them as they are live.

Hello @Fran & @Michelle ! Thanks for getting back to me. The issue being overlooked is, the credit is listed as "Director of photography (under a different name)".  The "under a different name" is inaccurate. The credit, as shown in the screenshot, is the same name and so "under a different name" should be removed.

To clarify, the attribute "(as a different name)" means that the claimed page owner has elected to manage the display of their alternate names.  For more information about this display I encourage you to review our Help Guide and former announcement thread.

Due to the display preferences, the attribute cannot be removed.

@Michelle​ Hello - I believe you are incorrect about this. "as a different name" should only be used in the case that the person is credited under a different name. That is to say, when the name on IMDB is not identical to the name that is in the credits. In these cases, the person is credited as the -exact same name- as their profile. It is incorrect that they are credited under a different name. If you look at their page, you will see that some credits are under their name and some are not. These four updates are to rectify the ones that are incorrect.

Their IMDB name and their on screen credit are exactly the same, and so "as a different name" should be removed.
