Contribution declined without specific reason

Thank you for posting the submission references! Further reviewing, the reason why these were declined is because the merges were for the parent pages with episodes.

As per our Guidelines for title merges, specifically for episodes, the merges have to be done differently: 

"3. Unfortunately two series pages cannot be merged if episodes exist on both titles. If you wish to merge two series pages please submit a title merge on any associated episodes first, then, once these have been approved, please submit a merge on the parent series titles."

We have helped on merging both season 2 and 3 to the main series page. The changes are still in-progress and will be live on the site once the whole process has completed.
