Change of character name declined despite providing Call Sheet as evidence

After providing links to various sites (BFI, TCM etc.) to prove that the family name in 'The Haunting' (1963) was 'Sannerson' NOT 'Sanderson' .

I had my first attempt declined.

Luckily I do have some call sheets - as specified in the guidelines - I submitted a call sheet as specified in the guidelines - and this was declined again.

How much evidence is needed? This is a big issue becasue other sites use IMDb as a reference and this incorrect character name is being spread around the internet.
