Blocking a repeatedly re-created invalid title: Persuasion (1995)
Over the last six years, there have been at least eight threads on this message board (of which at least six were not started by me) relating to the 1995 version of Jane Austen's Persuasion that was directed by Roger Michell and starred Amanda Root and Ciarán Hinds.
This production was released in the U.S. as a theatrical movie and so some people have been looking for it as such. However, it was first shown anywhere as part of the BBC2 series of TV movies, "Screen Two". (See mbmb's evidence in the thread at https://community-imdb.sprinklr.com/conversations/data-issues-policy-discussions/movie-disappeared/6180c1513a9f396d8e60e129 .) And, consequently, it's listed in the IMDb as "Screen Two" (1985) {Persuasion (#11.3)}. And I realize that this is how it's supposed to be under IMDb policy.
The problem is that at least twice, a separate entry for this film has been created in violation of policy and tending to confuse people: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt11333812/ in 2019, and https://www.imdb.com/title/tt19035092/ this year. Both of these have since been merged with the "Screen Two" episode as they should be. But this is a fairly high-profile title -- the fourth-most-voted TV episode of the 20th century -- and there should be a way to block duplicate entries created from being created about it.
So I am requesting, essentially, that if you get a new title submission for a film or TV movie titled Persuasion, from the mid-1990s, and starring Amanda Root or Ciarán Hinds -- please find a way for the software to block it from being accepted.
Note: The previous threads about this film are the following:

Thanks @gromit82 … this is an interesting case as it is the opposite of the much more common “shell episode” solution (see this vs. this). It might be best to let the US theatrical title stand as an empty shell with nothing other than a plot outline and movie connection pointing at the original, and then lock all of the other sections empty. What do you think?

Col: This is an interesting suggestion, but I think it would be best to get the opinions of some other contributors before deciding whether to go ahead with it.

Part of the problem is that it is not very easy to find the title in the main search feature, despite its popularity, as gromit pointed out in the 2017 thread. Col then said it would now appear in search suggestions, but it no longer does, perhaps because new films with the same title have come out. In the full search results, if adult results are enabled, the first 1990s title listed is an adult video.
But perhaps a "shell" title would also help with this.

While I see Col's point, I feel the "shell episodes" are in a way necessary because otherwise, the season.episode numbering doesn't add up, which can cause confusion as well as customers/contributors thinking the database is missing information. This obviously doesn't go for "Shell titles". The only reason to create a "shell title" would be because a title isn't properly findable. To me, that means the search engine should get tweaked a bit. After all, that's where the problem lies.

Can the database links to the movie Persuasion from 1995/1997 be modified to make it easier to find on IMDB.com? This is the version with Ciarán Hinds and Amanda Root.
If you search for the movie on IMDB.com, it appears to not show up. If you look at the Filmography for Ciarán Hinds, you need to search for the word 'persuasion', because it falls under 'Screen Two' instead of Persuasion. It seems that it was released as a made-for-TV movie in the UK, so it shows up under 'Screen Two' instead of 'Persuasion'. However, I think most people know it as a film, not a made-for-TV movie under 'Screen Two', so it makes it difficult to locate.
Here is the link to the movie/episode:
