Attribute not changed
I can't find the original post, but a week or two ago I received a response from Michelle to say that the attribute (as Sydney Wilson) was going to be corrected to (also as Sydney Wilson) to reflect the fact that Mr Barrett was credited under two different names (one under each role) to preserve the twist that the two characters were the same person:
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0562945/fullcredits
However this correction doesn't seem to have taken effect; could it be pushed through again please?
The "also as..." attribute cannot be submitted by contributors under normal circumstances, so I cannot correct it myself, but it can be applied by IMDb staff when appropriate. (I mention this because, whenever I use the contact form to request an "also as..." attribute, I receive a response asking my to do it myself, so there are presumably some data editors who do not realise this)

It is a known issue that "also as" is not displayed even when accepted:

A guideline in the cast guide gave another solution to this issue:
Apparently this part has been removed from the guide. Perhaps IMDb could clarify.

Hi tom_wake & Peter_pbn -
Unfortunately, as the previous workaround (listing the credit with an "also as..." attribute) is no longer displaying correctly on the site, I have manually adjusted the credit to include attributes for both credited names: "(as Ray Barrett) (as Sydney Wilson)". If there is a distinction between how Ray Barrett was credited on-screen under these names (such as one was within the opening credits and the other was within the end credits) I can make further adjustments.
In the meantime, I have filed a ticket for the appropriate policy team to review and confirm how these credits should be formatted. As soon as I have an update I will relay the information here.
Cheers!
