Justin: Please explain the circumstances as to how the films credited you without your permission. Did you in fact work on those films?

No, i believe they added the wrong person by accident but every time i go through the normal process to delete them from my profile, it is asking for more evidence. I do not have evidence, other than I know what I worked on. Why wouldn't I want to be thanked or credited for something I did.

Justin: Please post your last full data submission here on this message board. You can copy it out of the receipt you would have received from IMDb by e-mail immediately after sending it in. Some of the regulars on the board may review it and, if they can, they may provide suggestions as to how to improve the submission to make the correction in the database. (Also, please include the submission reference number -- it's an 18-digit number that will look something like 220123-123456-789000.)

A Picture Worth a Thousand Words is actually on IMDb in full so I took a screen of the credit.

Worth noting members of Justin's family are social media friends with Robert Shepyer and I can find no one else called Justin Younesi online so  these credits are accurate.

Other evidence, Robert was a producer on Justin's movie Black Martini.

Brian Pasternak was a producer on $lowdown and 2 of Justin's shorts.

Just lots of links to these projects all over the internet, they should not be deleted or moved from the site.

@VonPunk I checked what was deleted as a result of this thread and observed similar things. His name is clearly in credits, there are set photos on director's Facebook and he can clearly be seen working with that director, moreover he has comments on director's Facebook photos and posts showing they are old friends, they worked on same company at some point, for example this movie he has no problem with having a credit is produced by the company (North Film Co.) they both worked together, with director of that "Awful Joke" title he claims he didn't work. All of these also proves it's not a different person with the same name credited.

@Bethanny removed a factual credit in the end.

(not posting on that thread because I'm sure he would delete it immediately)

(actually can't even post on that thread because it's just locked now :)

@mbmb Awesome job, I hope your detective work gets the credit restored when a staff member comes by here and sees your post. I think Bethanny might be new and hasn't yet learned that half the people that post here for credit removals aren't on the level. Though I've yet to work out why anyone wants to get rid of some of their credits that seem pretty innocuous on their pages especially after a decade has passed of it sitting on the page, the page IMDb owns and maintains without need of any permission to do so.

@VonPunk I can see it's restored already, likely done after that thread was locked.
