add release date - issue with release type

Hello, I'm trying to add a release date to my short film, but everytime I do it says "No release type selected Please select a release type from the options above. If this is a wide release, select 'In cinemas nationwide'.  I've tried different release types, including Other, and adding Paris as an attribute, Premiere event, adding Paris as an attribute, and Unknown. I have the same message every time I click on Submit, and I don't understand because I add a release type ! Thanks for helping, the release date is March 21st I'd love to update it ASAP !
