According to IMDb's rules should En Passion's original title be L 182?

IMDb uses the original title as it appears in the opening credits of the title in its original country of origin. If you are not certain of our rules for representing titles we recommend canceling this correction by selecting the 'No change' option on the menu above.

Last time, I asked employees the rule seems more ambiguous than what the guidelines would make you think: https://community-imdb.sprinklr.com/conversations/data-issues-policy-discussions/the-irishman-i-heard-you-paint-houses-title-issue/5f4a7a3a8815453dba9e946c

Anyway, I submitted the change, but nothing happened. I can't even track my submission.

Here is proof that in the Swedish credits of the title, the film is called L 182, and not En Passion:

Note: This post is about En passion (1969)

Hi cinephile -

Thanks for posting these screen grabs.  Are there other sources to help verify that "L 182" was a title verses the name of the production number?
