2022 Top Contributor Leaderboard - Sneak Peek
Hi all,
Some exciting news! As we work towards the end of year 2022 annual leaderboard, we thought you would all like a sneak peek of where things currently stand.
Whilst December’s numbers are being tallied, we will be publishing the as-is totals and update them once a week on the following dates, so that you can keep track of your progress:
1st December
8th December
15th December
22nd December
Submissions will be counted up until the 31st December, so make sure to get them in before then if you want them counted (and please bear in mind our Processing Times).
Anyone who has successfully contributed over 100 items throughout the course of 2022 will be eligible.
We will update this post with a link to the ongoing leaderboard a little later today, so keep your eyes peeled. As ever, please do feel free to join the discussion below!

Update 2: The feature to see your own position in the leaderboard is now live! You just need to be logged in and visit the link above and you will be given your current position. This will update when the final standings are announced in the New Year.

Nice, will this page also be used for 2023 as the year goes on? Or is this limited to December 2022? (And does the current numbers also include the November contributions?

A quick update on new timings for this year … the leaderboard is counting down the (currently) last 14 or so hours to the end of 2022 in GMT here in the UK -> https://contribute.imdb.com/leaderboard/2022/
In previous years we actually pulled the final data on the top contributors for the year shortly before the year end, however, with the automated leaderboard we can now count until (literally) the last minute of the year. Ordinarily I would post the final leaderboard here at 8am GMT on 1 January and the end-of-year “thank you” email to all of our contributors would start to be distributed at around the same time.
It takes time to generate the final leaderboard, so for tomorrow (1 January 2023) the results will be published and locked a little later at around 11am GMT (3am PST). The end-of-year “thank you” letter will be posted here on Sprinklr at around the same time, and the email version will also start to be distributed then (note that due to the volume of messages to send, it may take up to 2-3 days for everyone to receive the email).
For the Top 300 contributors (and others who qualify), your free IMDbPro access has been extended a few days into January and we will be in contact next week to confirm who qualifies for the 2023 free IMDbPro access.
