On the homepage, when hovering over the thumbnails, the descriptions that pop up are often lacking. Some are only the title; others are just a list of the cast or the premiere date. I see that we can get Top 250 bagdes from 1996 to 2019 but Oscar Highlights badges are from 2005 to 2019. I Also read some people asking about Foreign Language Oscar's films. Hi. I wanted to suggest an additional rating for all titles! Many of top 250 movies have different ratings on their own page in comparison to top 250 list. I suggest this type of rating (regular voters, like top 250 list) for all titles not just top 250. For example there's a movie "The Mountain II
