IMDb Awards, cannot submit - "Recheck these updates" defaults to "Updating Information..." page

Sure thing! Link: http://www.imdb.com/event/ev0003877/2018/1 We just had a dozen or so films that were just added/ successfully accepted under 2017 (December/ Award of Excellence). We are trying to submit the remainder of our December 2017 winners. Some have taken it upon themselves to submit but have incorrectly submitted under 2018. We will be correcting this. I have also attached a few screenshots. When we hit the Re-check these updates button, it defaults to the Updating Information page without actually checking for the updates and allowing us to proceed. Also, we do not see the "December" category option, even though it has been successfully created with the last batch of films submitted. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much! 

Hi Jeff,

I've just had a look and I can submit a nomination for that event under Award of Excellence with a category of "December" without any problem which makes me think that this is a localised issue. Have you tried in a different browser?

Odd. I have tried three browsers: Safari, Chrome and Firefox. I'm on a Mac. I have also enabled popups, though I wouldn't think that would matter. Hmm. 

Have you tried from a different computer?

I have tried a different computer and am experiencing the same issue. Could this somehow be related to my IMDb account? 

*Both computers are new and the operating systems are updated to their latest versions (Mac OS on Mac and iOS on iPad Pro). 

Hi Jeff,

I've just checked and we are unable to recreate the fault via Mac and your account looks ok so this must be a localized problem. Are you reloading a saved submission? I suggest starting your submission again from scratch making sure that you have filled out all of the required fields, including the title and name recipients.

I tried a different title from my iPhone and it works! So apparently it's just this one submission that's giving me problems - on my Mac, iPad Pro, and iPhone. The title of the submission is simply "X". Could that somehow be related to the bug I'm experiencing? I am trying to add it as an Award of Excellence for subcategory December, year 2017, via the director's name (Rachey Choy). Thanks for your reply! I totally should have checked that from the get-go. My apologies! It doesn't appear that this particular film is on IMDb yet. I'll inform the filmmaker as I know there is a process they will have to go through to get it listed (production info, budget, etc). Thank you for your help. You and the IMDb support team have been amazing!
