Removing credits.

Has anyone had luck removing incorrect credits? I’ve submitted the removals request several times and corresponded with IMDb staff via email, but I keep being told they don’t remove “correct/factual” credits. When I tell them the credits I’m trying to remove are incorrect, they repeat their policy to not remove “correct/factual” credits.
