Incorrect alternate name can't be removed from credits and name page

Hi there,

To the following name page a new name had been added and turned into the main name erroneously:

https://www.imdb.com/name/nm10535423/

The actress managed to reverse that, but now the incorrect new name is displayed on all her credits as (as ...) - as if she had been credited with that name. But that is not the case: None of her credits is to this incorrect new name and all of them are to her correct, now again main name.

However, for some reason, she seems to be unable to remove the incorrect alternate name from her page and credits. Despite submitting several screenshots of on-screen credits, the changes are being turned down.

Would someone please look into this?
