Won't add my Credits

I've provided DOCUMENTS (pay stubbs) and IMDB still will not add my credits. WHYYYYY?

For IMDb to help you they need this:

For data issues, please include the 18-digit submission reference number(s) which can be found in your Contribution History for most data contributions and/or in Your Contribution History (beta) for Images and User Reviews

It's not a technical issue they just won't add the credit I've sent screenshots of my bookings including payment.
