Where find lists and recommendations of other users?

Hi, I wonder where can I find lists (ie not my lists, but lists of everybody else)? Sometimes I see lists linked/attached to a movie page, or sometimes randomly on the first page. I wonder what is the page to go to, to find other people's lists, where I can see latest lists, search/filter for lists etc?

I also wonder if there are some place with "edited" lists and recommendations by IMDb staff / movie experts? Sometimes I want a list that has been curated by some expert, in different fields. I think there was a function for this earlier on IMDb, long time ago where we could see recommendations by staff and experts now and then. I hope these are collected in some place :)
