WHERE ARE MY LISTS PLEASE?

For years, i update 2 lists on my account... today, they have disapperead... I didn't get any mail, information, explanation from IMDB about that. If there was a problem with my content, i was not offered the opportunity to speak for my defense and offer arguments.
